FirmGreen Partners with PlasmaTech for Caribbean Projects

NEWPORT BEACH, CA - MARCH 1, 2006— Today, FirmGreen, Inc. (FirmGreen™) of Newport Beach, California announces the appointment of PlasmaTech Caribbean Corporation of San Juan, Puerto Rico to be its exclusive representative for projects in Puerto Rico.

PlasmaTech will provide consulting expertise to identify candidate sites and steer the projects through permitting and regulatory approval.
