Steven P. Wilburn, Chairman and CEO
Mr. Wilburn is a senior energy executive with over thirty years of experience
in development and implementation of energy production technologies and alternative energy projects. Mr. Wilburn combines in-depth industry expertise with broad business and entrepreneurial capability. He has had extensive
and successful dealings with municipal entities, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
Mr. Wilburn is married, the father of five children and seven grandchildren and resides in Newport Beach, California. He served in the
United States Marine Corps from 1967 to 1970 and is a decorated Vietnam War Veteran
including the Purple Heart.
Jeremiah D. Lambert, Legal Advisor to CEO, Board of Directors
Mr. Lambert is a nationally recognized corporate and energy attorney
with over 30 years of experience in oil and gas, independent power, cogeneration,
wholesale electric power markets, and energy-related project finance.
He is a founder of and partner in Lambert &
Ihm, LLP, a law firm with offices in Washington, D.C. and New York City.
Mr. Lambert is a member of the District of Columbia, New York, and United
States Supreme Court bars and resides in Washington, D.C.
Joseph Casabona, Senior Financial Advisor to CEO, Board of Directors
Mr. Casabona is a certified public accountant and served for many years
as Executive Vice President and chief financial officer of Energy Corporation
of America, a leading independent natural gas producer. In that capacity
he has addressed in depth a broad array of corporate, contractual, capital
markets, financing, and regulatory issues. Mr. Casabona resides in Denver,
Colorado.
Miguel A. Pulido, Vice President of Governmental & Regulatory Affairs
Mr. Pulido is presently the Mayor of Santa Ana, California. An engineer
by training, Mr. Pulido has significant expertise in solar power and other
alternative energy matters. He serves as a member of or advisor to the
Orange County Transportation Authority, Orange County International Trade
Center Advisory Council, Federal Inter-Governmental Policy Advisory Committee
on Trade and California Workforce Investment, and California State Teachers
Retirement System.
Dena Elbayoumy, General Counsel
Dena Elbayoumy serves as in house counsel for FirmGreen. Ms. Elbayoumy received her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2007 after receiving her Bachelor's degree in International Economic Development from UCLA. Ms. Elbayoumy's areas of practice include corporate compliance and oversight of FirmGreen’s internal legal affairs.
